Refund & Return Policy

We want you to shop with confidence at Bymart. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1. You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
1.2. Returned products must be:

• Unused and in original packaging
  

• Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation)
  1.3. Certain items are non-returnable, including:
  

• Perishable goods
  

• Gift cards
  

• Personal care items (if seal is broken)
  

• Clearance, or final sale items. Products on promotion with discounted prices.
  
  

2. How to Initiate a Return

2.1. To start a return, contact our support team at support@bymart.co.zm with your order number and reason for return.
2.2. If approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
 2.3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

3. Refunds

3.1. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3.2. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
 3.3. Refunds exclude original shipping charges unless the return is due to a Bymart error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

4.1. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
 4.2. We will offer an exchange or full refund at no extra cost to you.

5. Exchanges

5.1. Exchanges are allowed for the same product or one of equal value, depending on stock availability.
5.2. Please initiate the exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame, please check with your bank or mobile money provider first. If issues persist, contact us at support@bymart.co.zm.
