At BYMART, we aim to deliver your purchases quickly and safely, right to your doorstep. Whether you're in Lusaka or another province, we work hard to ensure timely, efficient delivery of your order.

Where We Deliver

Lusaka: Standard daily deliveries by our own BYMART delivery team.

Other Provinces: We proudly deliver directly to customers across Zambia using our in-house fleet whenever possible. In rare cases where we’re unable to reach a location, we engage trusted courier partners to ensure your order still arrives safely and on time.

Estimated Delivery Times

Lusaka: 1 – 3 business days

Outside Lusaka: 3 – 5 business days, depending on location and courier

Note: Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, road conditions).

Delivery Charges

Delivery fees depend on the size of your order and the delivery location. Charges will be discussed and confirmed at the time of purchase or checkout.

For large appliances, furniture, or bulk orders, special delivery arrangements may apply.

Same-Day or Express Delivery

Same-day or next-day delivery may be available in Lusaka for selected products. Please contact our team to request expedited service before checkout.

Delivery & Installation

We offer a convenient Delivery & Installation Service for selected items. Our team will deliver and professionally install your item upon request. Additional fees may apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation via email or SMS with tracking details or expected delivery timing. You can also contact our support team for updates.

Receiving Your Delivery

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.

Inspect the items on arrival and report any damages or issues within 24 hours.

Missed Deliveries

If our delivery team is unable to reach you, we will contact you to reschedule. Additional charges may apply for repeated failed attempts.
