At BYMART, we offer flexible and secure payment options to make your shopping experience seamless—whether you're shopping in-store or online.
Accepted Payment Methods

- 📱 Mobile Money (MTN Money, Airtel Money, ZamPay)
- 🏦 Bank eWallets (from recognised Zambian Banks)
- 💳 Debit/Credit Card (POS Swipe)
🌐 Online Payments
- 💳 Debit & Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- 📲 Mobile Money (MTN, Airtel, via secure checkout)
- 🏦 Bank Transfers (available at checkout)
Note: All transactions are processed in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW).
Secure Transactions
All online transactions are encrypted using SSL technology and processed via PCI DSS-compliant gateways. BYMART does not store or share your sensitive card or banking information.
Order Confirmation
- Once your payment is complete, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email or SMS.
- If paying by bank transfer or manual mobile payment, send your proof of payment to support@bymart.co.zm or WhatsApp us at +260-971-111-117.
Payment Time Limits
- All online orders must be paid within 24 hours of checkout.
- Orders not paid within this timeframe may be automatically canceled.
Lay-By & Payment Plans
We offer an in-store Lay-By Option allowing you to reserve products and pay over time. Learn more on our Lay-By Plan page.
Declined or Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- Please retry or select a different payment method.
- Contact your provider for mobile/bank approval issues.
- For persistent issues, call us on +260-971-111-117.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- Processing time is up to 7 business days after returned product inspection.
